At Aggieland Outfitters, we want you to love your Maroon & White gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and confirmed via email.
